Du'MO accessories are crafted from premium genuine leather, which only gets better over time when properly cared for. To ensure your piece retains its shape and velvety texture for years to come, follow these simple guidelines:
1. Let the leather breathe. Store your bag in our signature dust bag in a cool, well-ventilated space. Avoid plastic bags, as they trap moisture and cause mold.
Keep away from heat. Keep your accessory away from radiators and direct sunlight to prevent the leather from drying out or cracking.
2. Dry naturally. If your item gets wet, simply blot it with a soft cotton cloth. Drying it with a hairdryer or on a radiator will irreparably damage the leather structure.
3. Handle with care. Do not overload your bag to prevent the handles from stretching or deforming, and use only gentle cleaning products specifically designed for genuine leather.

Nova Poshta: to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier to your doorstep (delivery takes 1–3 days).
Ukrposhta: "Express" and "Standard" shipping rates for delivery nationwide.
International Shipping: we ship Du'MO accessories to most countries around the world.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer in accordance with the carrier's current tariffs.
Exchange and Returns
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days after purchase:
Items of satisfactory quality: accepted for return provided there are no signs of wear, and the marketable condition, original packaging, and tags are fully preserved (shipping costs are paid by the buyer).
Manufacturing defects: if any defects are found, we offer free repair, exchange, or a full refund (all shipping costs are covered by the brand).
Refunds: processed to your account within 1–2 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
