Refund policy
We want every purchase at Du'MO to bring you joy. If for any reason the product does not suit you, you can easily exchange or return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."
1. Exchange and Return of Goods of Satisfactory Quality
This applies to cases where the product is in perfect condition but does not suit you in terms of color, shape, size, or for other personal reasons.
Return Conditions:

The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear: no scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.

The marketable condition, original packaging, tags, and labels are fully preserved.

You have a document confirming the purchase (a sales receipt or bank statement).
Your Options:

Exchange for an identical product of a different color or material.

Exchange for a different model with a corresponding price adjustment.

Receiving a refund for the cost of the returned product.
2. Exchange and Return of Goods of Unsatisfactory Quality
This applies to cases where you have discovered a manufacturing defect (for example, uneven seams, faulty hardware, material defects).
Your Options:
- Free elimination of the defect (repair).
- Exchange for an identical product of satisfactory quality.
- Full refund.
Important: If the defect arose due to improper use (violation of care instructions, mechanical damage), the elimination of such defects is carried out at the buyer's expense. In disputed cases, an expert assessment may be required.
Important Shipping Information
If you wish to change the size, model, or color:
If after receiving the product you decide that you want a different size, model, or color, you have the opportunity to make an exchange. In this case, the shipping costs (return and re-sending) are paid by the buyer.
If the product is of unsatisfactory quality or does not match the order:
If you received an item with a defect, damage, or in a different color or size (other than the one ordered) — we cover all costs for the return and re-delivery.
We guarantee a quick resolution to the problem: we will replace the product with an identical one of satisfactory quality or issue a refund.
The product must be preserved in its original condition: with tags, without signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Refund Terms and Timeline
After receiving the product and its verification by our specialists, the funds will be returned to the client's account within 1-2 business days.
Refunds are made via transfer to the client's bank account. Please provide the necessary bank details (IBAN) to our manager to complete the transaction.
